smoothie life! a lot of the time our smoothies are just a big kitchen sink crazy thing but sometimes i actually think about what i put in there. today was one of those days.
- 1 dragon fruit, insides scooped out and outside discarded
- 1 avocado
- 1 c. mango chunks
- a big big handful spinach
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- almond milk
blend it up! add enough milk to get the consistency you like!
