since we got the BBQ up and running for Thor’s 10th birthday that’s pretty much the only way i’ve been cooking. hanging out in the yard, picking our vegetables, cooking em up, lounging around. summertime barbecue garden times. here are some good vegan grilling ideas and tasty treats we’ve been eating
cooking pizzas on the BBQ is my new favourite thing. put a stone on there, crank it up and close the lid and then VOILA pizza oven! it gets insanely hot and makes the best pizza, with a slight grilled smokey taste.

i made the most sushi the other day. i like to just prep a bunch of fillings and figure out combinations as i go. this is mostly a suggestion of fillings for you to try out! I used the spicy tempeh filling from my last sushi as well as the new seitan, eggplant and shitake fillings. any one of these three will make for fancy times in your sushi life.
winter feast! well, one dish. BUT it’s jam-packed. works great for lunches or leftovers or potlucks and things. i made this in stages over a half day so i could eat something at work later on. admission: the sauce is pretty much just a thin gravy. just try it! pretty easy stuff.
