everytime i make this i’m shocked by how good it is. i know it’s good, but as i’m making it it just doesn’t seem possible to have such depth of flavour with such simple ingredients. It looks very unassuming but it’s magic.

these cookies are so good, the perfect chocolate chip cookie to make all your cookie dreams come true. ok maybe that’s an exaggerated claim but they are really good! also wholewheat and made with coconut oil so sort of healthy-ish.
