WHAT!! WHAAT?!?! THIS IS SO DELICIOUS. this recipe makes 3 big pastry braids that you can eat many times. i somehow ate them all already but i want a hundred more. one braid is 2-4 servings, depending on whether it’s a stand-alone or side. along with this, is a recipe for the artichoke olive tapenade, which is good on pretty much everything. sandwiches! crostini! dip! pasta! everything! avocado / broccoli / kale / meals / salad / salads / seitan

beets / grains / meals / quinoa / seitan

here are two different meals you can make with the same things, you could even make it one way then turn the leftovers into the other. WHAT? BELIEVE IT. versatile! this makes enough for 2 bowls of quinoa and leftovers to make 8 croquettes. SIDE NOTE for those of you vegans who may not know, it is SOOO GOOD FOR YOU. it’s not actually a grain, but a seed. it’s a complete protein, which isn’t […]

polenta with pesto

eggplant / kale / meals / noodles + pasta / zucchini

polenta can be cooked soft so it’s creamy or set into a shape and then cut up. in this recipe i do the latter, then fry the pieces. you can also cut it into thick strips and bake or fry it to make polenta fries. polenta is quick and super easy, the rest of this is time consuming but still easy. anything you’d eat on pasta will be good on polenta though.     POLENTA […]
