DAY 3! we finsihed our time at the air bnb and moved to the hostel. DAY TWO we got up early and tried to go to hungry tiger only to discover they weren’t open yet, so we went to Sweet Pea Bakery to get some coffees and treats and read a newspaper. portland! we went, we ate. WE ATE A LOT. DAY ONE! we took the train in with our bikes, left the house at 6am and got into portland by mid afternoon. the train takes a long time but it’s way nicer than the bus, and it’s only 5 bucks to bring your bike. so the air bnb we were staying at was around the corner from the vegan mall and hungry tiger too. first stop […]

whoa! it’s been NICE OUT. sunny! hot! sunny! not raining! luckily my anniversary happened to be during this sunny spell. we ate tasty treats all day. breakfast! coconut almond yogurt with blueberries, sourdough toast, coffee with chocolate. what to snack? oh! why not an artichoke! …the remains also HEY IS IT HOT OUT?
