this is great for early mornings when you are too tired/busy/lazy to eat properly. I love eating as much as possible, but on early early mornings it isn’t a priority. you prep this the night before and then eat it when you wake up! no heating, no anything.

have i mentioned that i’m a nanny? well it’s true. when i’m at work i have to make lunch FAST SO FAST before the baby wakes up and use as few pots as possible but also make something tasty and filling. i made this orzo the other day and i was really surprised by HOW good it was, considering how thrown together it was. i recommend it.
